The t-shirt is the cornerstone of any apparel brand. Our premium t-shirts are manufactured with superior ring-spun and combed cotton for a buttery soft hand feel, excellent drape, and long-lasting print quality. We produce regular fit, oversized, cropped, and fitted cuts.

Fabric options range from standard 180gsm jersey to heavyweight 220gsm for a premium feel. Pima cotton and tri-blend options are available for brands targeting the premium and athletic segments. All fabrics are pre-shrunk and colorfastness-tested.

Branding options include screen printing (up to 8 colors), DTG, embroidery, heat transfer, and all-over-print. Garment dyeing is available for vintage-washed collections.

What GSM is best for a premium streetwear t-shirt?
For a premium heavyweight streetwear tee, we recommend 220–240gsm ring-spun cotton. It holds its shape, provides a satisfying weight, and prints exceptionally well. For retail basics, 180gsm is our most popular choice.
Do you offer garment dyeing?
Yes. Garment dyeing produces a vintage, lived-in appearance that's very popular for premium streetwear. The dye process creates slight variation between pieces, which is a characteristic (and appeal) of garment-dyed products.
Can I get tear-away neck labels?
Yes. Tear-away labels are a standard option. The woven or printed label is sewn with a perforation that allows the end customer to remove it easily without damaging the fabric. Your brand's label can be printed directly on the garment inside the neck instead.
Can you match a specific Pantone color?
Yes. We produce custom fabric dye colors to match Pantone, Pantone TCX, or reference physical color swatches. Color matching is confirmed on a lab dip before bulk fabric is produced.
