Can I choose genuine leather or PU leather for the sleeves?
Both options are available. Genuine leather sleeves are our premium option, while PU (vegan) leather provides a cost-effective alternative with a very similar appearance. We can provide fabric swatches before production.
Can chenille patches be included in the order?
Yes. We manufacture custom chenille patches in-house in any letter, shape, or design. Patches can be sewn onto the chest, sleeves, or back. We also offer embroidery as an alternative.
What colors are available for the wool body?
We offer 100+ melton wool colors and can match Pantone references. The ribbed knit trim (collar, cuffs, hem) can be in a contrasting color or match the body — completely your choice.
What is the minimum order for varsity jackets?
The MOQ is 30 pieces per style. This can include multiple sizes within the same style. For very small batches (under 30), we recommend a sample run first.
How long does production take?
Production takes 25–35 working days after design and sample approval. Varsity jackets are more complex than standard apparel, so we allow extra time to ensure quality on every piece.
